Remit to India is one of the quite horrible way to send money to India.Poor customer service, poor system performance, make one mistake there is no way to rectify easily with remit to India.Keep waiting until you find out by yourself that " sorry madam, you can make a fresh transaction" and then when you make fresh transaction thier system would say " transaction not allowed, amount has been exceeded above 10, 000 dollers, fill up KCH form " even when you did not send one single penny!
I waited for more tha 20 days, each time customer service agents provide new solutions without actually solving the problem. Even when the transcation got cancelled, you would have no clue that your transactions are cancelled and the account status would be displayed as " hold-verify"!
secondly when you click on the "cancel the transaction" link, there is no message which says that " canclled transaction " instead if you are lucky the system displays " transaction closed"! and when you make fresh transaction" amount exceeded the limits"
Customer service agents are polite and good but problem seems to be with the system and the management.
