Their Customer Service is one of the worst I have come across in my life so far. After many phone calls and emails, they do not have the basic courtesy either to respond to your email or to give you a call. They sat on my transaction for more than 2 weeks and I lost lot of money due to change in exchange rate. They will not do anything to me even though they know that they did something wrong. On top this, they kept lying to me on the actions they took to supposedly speed up my transaction. If anyone has the contact information of the CEO of this company, can you please post it here? I would love to write a detailed complaint about my situation to the CEO.
Take your business to one of their competitors. I saw one of the reviewers mentioning here that money2india and xoom give a much better exchange rate than these guys.
