I initiated the transfer on Feb 4th and amount debited from my bank account on Feb 5th. But still status says Transaction in Clearing. When I called the customer service they told that we did not received the money. Looks like they already received and waiting for the exchange rate to go down. Very poor service. Please do not use this service. Customer service doesn’t have any idea when it be transferred.
