Pros: Friendly staff and I was treated with respect. I was able to register for a car after providing them with booking fees. They delivered the car same day without any issue.
Cons: I wasn’t provided with any documents and I was having a minor issue with my car. I had to call them multiple times but they didn’t fix it and at the end I had to fix it myself. Their service staff is friendly but they aren’t trained well. I didn’t receive much discount when buying my car.
Bottom line: They are okay if you want to buy a new car but I find their staff rather pushy. After sales service is not that great.
