This is in ref. to my above said duster car which is a headache for me from day one and your service centers are worst so this is about your moti nagar service centre.New delhi.
Actually on 30/12/2019 I sent my car to your moti nagar service centre because my car was giving problem when we less the speed it stopped automatically so we have to start it again& again, it was a minor problem, Pl. note except this issue there was no another fault in my car.
So I sent my driver to your service centre and your service adviser Mr. Rahul(his mobile no.7428799507)kept the car and told him that some part is defected and they have to change that part, so your estimate for repair is 20, 600/- plus GST so I said ok to do it. But after 2-3 days I called him up about my car and it was not repaired and got know from him that there is some more issue with car so now we have to repair that problem also and your estimate is changed and now it is 26000, so I said ok again and ask him to repair it fast and after waited for 4-5 days I called him up again and ask about my car and he again told me about some another issue and change the estimate to so now it was 40, 000/-, So now you see my patience I again said yes to him and after another 4-5 days he called me up and told me that we have to open its head and its labour charge is 6000/ but I will give you some discount on these charges and some leakage problem in car for which we have to change some part so now finally your total estimate to repair this car is 72000/-, so I denied to repair it and ask him to return my car back as it is, so after that he has stopped picking up my calls so by this behavior you can see your services and how you exploiting your customers, from 20 thousand to 72000/-, this is really a ridicules.
Now its been 17 days and my car is in your service centre and I have no car for up & down so I am hiring cabs or taxis and thousands of rupees spent on fares who is responsible for that,
All communication recordings are on my mobile if you require I can send to you or present them in consumer court if needed. I must say that purchasing this car is one of my worst decision and if some one in my friend circle is thinking to purchase it I must say a big no to him. So I conclude this by saying this only please return my car and I will only pay 20600/- plus gst which was told by mr rahul on 30.12.2019 otherwise I will go to consumer court for wasting my time, money and mental harassment given by you people. Or you tell me do I have another option rather than go to consumer court?
