Bought car in march 2016 Initially all good 20 kms mileage Now car is 7300 kms old mileage 16 kms Car doesnt start suddenly Service men changed engine motor starter thrice Today smoke came out of car engine middle of traffic Again towed to service centre Car driven smooth with myself drive car engine at default
Very bad engine performance, while acceleration vehicle takes some times to move, and Renault proudly telling that ground clearance, but in 4 person capacity body touches the speed breaker. Mileage is very low im getting only 14 in city and 16 in highway while upto 90speed
Simply waste of money, if inverse little bit amount extra maruthi 800 is 10times better than kwid
I am writing this complaint for my Kwid car baught in May.2016. Since day 1 the car breaks down anywhere and anytime which makes it a very unreliable ride. What has been done by the service team ad Renault service people is just that they have been lying to us about the car conditions. In the last time that they took the car on August again(the 4th time) they said that the car was fine battery was not correct and we have changed the battery. But now again the car is breaking down. And the Service mgr of Renault Lucknow Saurabh Shukla has a different lie. He now says that we never said that the battery was changed it will be changed no and is not picking up the phone since last three days and has kept the car with him since a week now.What the hell is this, if I dont get a solution soon I am definitely going to complain and file a case in Consumer forum so that I can get my money back and these people can learn a good lesson
