We booked renault kwid in an expo where we were promised to get a delivery before diwali. On this condition we actually booked the car. But what turned out from the roharsh renault was a myth. No proactive response from the showroom staff. We had to chase them after every 7 days to know the status of the car.
We had checked the availability of the accessories and had placed an ordered for power windows, roof rails and mud flaps(mud flaps which were actually promised to be given by default with the car but later they asked to pay for it). The accessories department promised that they will be updating us when they will fix them in the car. We didnt get any call from the roharsh renault till the day before the delivery date. We ourself called the accessories deprtment and that time they said the the accessories were out of stock. They didnt even show the courtesy to call priorly to give this status.! Pathetic service by roharsh renault baner, pune.!
