Renault has build a all new engine for the kwid from ground up.its 799 CC motor from the renault family produces 54 bhp of power and 74 NM of torque, which dosent sounds like a lof but its more than what maruti’s 800 cc engine makes thats exactly what I experince during test drive. but It also comes with a new 1000cc engine which is preety refiend and quick engine response.I purchased 1000cc kwid and trust me it is worth to buy.Its good looks, atractive design, 180mm of ground clearence makes this car seprate from other hachback cars.the mileage of this car is 21km/lit however campany claims that kwid gives 23 km/lit mileage. it is very comfortable while driving and excillent while throwing corners. leg room of this car is very decent and back seats are comforatble for 3 persons. the on road price of Renault kwid 1000cc is near to 5 lakhs.
