-With lots of hope n pride, I booked a renault kwid, a car that every renault dudes thought will create waves and rock in the Indian market but instead spoiled its brand name and the pathetic Renault dealer network came to light. And also from the service center people who are working with that orgnisation I think they uneducated or they feel customer is fool as we say he expect everything.
