Delay in delivery of Kwid Rxt silver by Renault

I had Booker Renault kwid Rxt silver(without airbag). I was told I will get delivery of my car by April end but it’s may end now and I haven’t got my car. On 26th may I got a call from the dealer asking me when can I come to collect the car. I told him 27th. I asked him what time should I come he told me 11.30. I took leave esp for this from work and when I finally went to the showroom at 13.00 on 27th may I was told they are still waiting for the car to come. I can get it only after 1600. I told them I can’t wait for that long so I will come on 29th may. They again gave us a time for 12.00 noon and told us everything will be done and I will not have to wait at all. On 29 th morning I got a call form the dealer informing me that there is a dent at the back of my car. If I want a car today I can take the one with air bad and pay 10k more. I told him I am not going to pay more. Later another manager called me and told me by mistake or due to some error they have got a car with airbag for me instead of the one without airbag and I need to pay more for it. When I asked for the GM number I was given number of another manager. While I was talking to this gentleman. Even though he accepted that error is on their part. I will have to pay more or wait for a few more days. He went on to say why should we compensate. All I need is the car that I had booked. Why should customer suffer. 3 days of mine got wasted. I had taken 3 days leave esp for this purpose. Later I am told to take another colour. When I called up the customer care at 13:00(approx) and lodged my complain. Even till now I have not got a complain number. When I called back I was told complain number takes times to generate. It’s poor customer service and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. Even before getting my car this is the quality of service I have got. I can’t imagine what will happen after I get my car. Good Customer service is the basis for every thing. I am deeply disappointed and distressed with what has happened. As a customer all I can see is that I am force to buy something that I haven’t asked for and forced to pay more or otherwise I will have to wait and suffer.
