LATER THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY REST RIDE OPTIONS NO RESPONSE ETC ETC -FED UP I SENT A REQUEST LETTER TO REFUND THE ADVANCE AMOUNT - THEY DEDUCTED RS 2K AND ISSUED CHEQUE FOR BALANCE 18K - WHICH IS DSHONOURED IN MARCH 2017. TILL DATE DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS PHONE CALLS AND VISITS - NOT ACTION FROM THEIR END.
IS NOT REALLY CHEAP FROM RENAULT - DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY COURTESY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS ONCE MONEY IS PAID - THIS CLEARLY PROVEN - THEY MAKE CUSTOMER RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST AND DIE FOR PETTY AMOUNTS - NON SENSE STAFF AND NO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH AND RESOLUTION.
