I am writing this review after 4000 KM drive....the gear shaft shakes lightly with the acceleration, there is only 1 reverse light on the rear left and the right side is missing... there is no option to put it as well, the sound output of the music system is not upto the mark (even after doing all the adjustments of bass, balance, etc., ), seat height cannot be adjusted, clutch is placed so high that sometimes we miss it!
Are the problems I see, the good things are very smooth handling, diesel engine has amazing power...the pick up is very fast, driving at 120-130 kmph I feel no vibrations or additional noise, up to now metering an avg of 22 kmpl, which I think will increase up to 23 by the time I hit 10000 km. has not made any difference till now on the missing ABS. much better than all hyundai’s, maruti’s, etc., the body and bumper is REALLY STRONG. I had someone bang me from rear, the bumper got a big dent and surprisingly it became okay by just pushing from the other side, if it were my civic I would have ended up paying minimum 15K to repair it...
check out Nissan Micra before buying. I did not check this before buying mine because the dealer sounded horrible on phone in Bangalore.
