WORST CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Not only is the team absolutely, wholely incompetent about giving basic information correctly, they are rude, the interrupt you repeatedly and they put you on Mute as and when they choose amidst a sentence. Basic security return of a minimal amount has had me running for 2 months straight. I have made numerous calls, sent 20 emails and what not to get my money and I am still struggling about the same. Not the one to write reviews but did this because this company is truly truly horrible. DO NOT RENT TO SAVE A FEW PENNIES. THE MENTAL TORTURE IS UNREAL AND NOT WORTH IT.
