Faulty product delivered

Hi All,


The product was delivered today but the pump doesn’t work! I only checked if the fan was running as it would take a while to fill water to check the pump. Once the executive left , I filled water in the cooler but found that the pump doesn’t run at all!


I immediately called the customer support for help but the executive said that someone will contact me 72 hours! When the documents etc. are required to make the sales, they can’t wait even for a few hours and now after delivering a faulty product they give me absolutely no assurance that it’ll be replaced- the call is ended saying someone will contact me in 72 hours.What a shame!


Horrible customer service- executive is poorly trained, speaks so fast that I don’t understand a single word - gives no resolution
