We recently moved to a different city and had to return the rented furniture from rentickle.
They messed up the pick-up dates and created a fuss about extending it every time the pick-up date came up. We got frustated and told them about our departure date and they finally arranged a pick up of the rented items.
Things did not end there. They take months to refund you the deposits. Emaling or calling their customer support does NOT help and they just ignore customers requests for refunds it seems.
One of the worst customer supports out there.
Next time, I am staying away from this brand and I would never recommend this web-site to anyone.
I am surprised on their ratings still being good despite such a bad customer support.
