I have rented a bed with sofa which was delivered within the time line of 4 days, and after using their products and services for 2 months; me and my room-mate ordered for a room heater .
couldn’t get a chance to call their customer care but delivery team was flexible with timings.
Suggestion - they should work on their website speed as sometimes it takes little bit extra time.
