The Rentickle team is very fraudulent do not prefer it. The give good product...but there is a lot of delay in the product delivery as there is lack of coordination between the sales and logistics teams. Second most frustrating thing is the time they take to sell tell the refund their process is very slow and the customer care does not respond nor are responsible with their response. I rented two items for 3 months and paid full rent however has to return the goods after 2 months 5 days and paid rent for all as I was moving out. I asked them to refund my deposit and to my surprise they charged me a penalty for early closure which was a fraud. They can rent the goods as soon as I return which means they got one month rent from me and also have the good with them for rent to a new customer then how can they charge penalty. Do not go with them or loose your deposit amount
