Delivery not done even after 7 days

I booked for a double bed on26th Feb, 2020 for 6 months paying one month rent and security deposit at 11am and got a confirmation email to upload my documents.


Same day I got a call from their team stating that if I make payment for full tenure they will immediately approve my order.


I did the same and I got an email at 4.45pm stating that my order has been approved and also details of the delivery team for my city Hyderabad.


Today is the 7th day 04th March, 2020, I have not recieved any call from their delivery team neither any update from rentickle providing reasons for delay.


I tried calling customer care number 100 times but due to heavy flow of calls not able to contact them. Message recieved that I will get a call back in 24 hrs.


Also, tried reaching Sandeep from delivery team mentioned in email for my city but he also did not answer my calls.


Luckily on 03rd March at 12.00pm , my call got connected to customer care and they raised acomplaint and I got a email confirmation that I’ll get a call back in 24hrs which are already over.


The person who called me on 26th feb for making advance payment for full tenure gave me assurance that they will immediately approve my order. But forgot to mention that there job is to only approve orders and they don’t care whether the product gets delivered to customer or not.


It’s been 1 week now, I have paid full 6months rent in advance along with security deposit but no status update on my order.
