Well, this is not a review from employment view, but its about pest control services provided by PCI.
I stay in Pune and generally used to call some other pest control service until now at an approximate frequency of twice in an year for bed bugs control. This time just for a change I decided to call these PCI guys. That was the biggest mistake! IT WAS A PAID SELF HARASSMENT! All bad things listed here -
They literally washed my home with pesticide spray! Including all furniture, walls, ceiling, matresses, blankets, clothes etc. House had literally turned into a swimming pool. Was feeling like a robbery scene.
Some furniture damaged by swelling caused by excessive fluid.
Permanent marks on furniture and many electronic things like TV, fans etc seem to be for lifetime.
They took close to 3 hours for them to do this mess, and later 3 hours forced closed of home required. And after that it took us almost 3 days to restore our home back to normal!
The odour is still there!
We might even have forgot all these troubles if this treatment would have really worked. But the situation didnt even seem a little different right from the same night of pest control. Bugs were not even moved.
I had to call another pest control service the very next day, which I used to call in past.
I advise you all to never do a’self torture’ by calling these guys. I had initially done a one year contract paying a cheque of 4800 to these guys for my 2BHK flat. Just after this first experience, I cancelled the agreement immediately, did away with them paying rs 900 for the first and now last mess.
PCI is a strict NO NO!
I have done bugs pest control in past every 6 months, with rather clean and non-harassing ways which actually worked!
