We had our house(interior and exterior) sprayed for flies. The invoice was paid via online banking the day prior to spraying as per company instructions. This was done January 22. During the month of February we received 4 emails telling us to pay our account. Email sent back with date it was paid.
Well what do we receive today but another email .of course asking us to pay our account.
Finally got someone on the phone who wanted to know what account we had paid it into etc. Their reply "Oh yes I have found it" That was the end of it .no apology -nothing.
To top it of the spray only lasted about a week and hello flies.
Will never use this company again,
