When PCI was PCI, it’s service was good. A single service of cockroach extermination gel injection kept the house free of cockroaches. However, the service received after it became Rentokil PCI was pathetic. Despite my booking and paying for a 3½ BHK house, two persons came and walked out in mete 15 mins. I was too preoccupied to move around with them and check what they were doing.
Mails to the them have yielded the reply that I must enter into an annual contract for them to take any responsibility!
