If I could define my entire experience with Rentomojo, then it would be miserable.
What an unprofessional service they have! I rented three items, and for all of them, the delivery was incomplete on the first attempt.
They will deliver the product and some truly incapable people will try to set it up, which they will fail.
Then, you will have to wait for their status update, which takes ages and then when the staus are updated, they will take an action.
In the meantime, you struggle with a piece of furniture that either shakes, jolts, or is not fixed!
When you complain, they will tell you the delivery and assembling teams are different, which is clearly not. The delivery team will try to assemble the things for you and they will end up fixing broken stuff.
The products are good, which is not the companys credit(except for their maintaining). Where theyre supposed to shine is the service and that is PATHETIC to the power infinity.
