I’m happy to write this review for the Repairmax team because they have resolved my un-ending issue amid this crisis.
I have an LED LCD Tv cum Monitor, which was I frequently used as a television & computer monitor from a renowned brand.
In April, 3rd week, this monitor started troubling, and in the first week of May, it stopped working.
Due to lockdown, it was near impossible to get this repaired at all. I’m a freelancer, so due to this, my work was almost stopped.
Somehow, I spend a month, but without my LED monitor, I was losing many projects. And hearing about people losing a job was equally scary for me.
I tried calling many repair shops, but as usual, the result was the same, nobody turned to help. By the end of May or starting of June(I hardly remember), I found two repair centres have started their operations with minimal staff with the permission of local governance(as I was told), I reached to them, but hard luck they were not able to fix.
Then while googling, I found Repair max. They were to inaugurate their new repair centre near the board office square, as per their request I visited their new centre which I found very impressive. After knowing that they are local brands, I feel a little proud because, to date, I have never seen such a look-like branded & exclusive repair centre for many brands in Bhopal.
Their centre manager(who was very polite) understood my pain and helped me understand the issue with my LED LCD TV cum monitor. It was due to some parts which are rarely found in local shops, but they have because they are authorized to a service centre for many brands, few of them are like Videocon, Sansui for LED LCD tv category.
Well, they took my request and delivered my led tv repaired within the committed period.
I hope my story would help somebody out there. And I believe the right service provider deserves a little extra time and a supporting review. And a 2-tier city like Bhopal must get such support.
