I bought Responsive Vinyl flooring from Sohan Sales, Raipur in Sept 2017. I specifically told the owner it’s for the hospital.He connected me with Mr. Naval, Dealer of Responsive in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and got it installed. I was assured that warranty remains for 5 years if any wear and tear happen. Just after a year the entire flooring started to get cracks. I told Sohan Sales to get it replaced and was denied. Mr. Naval checked and said the product is fine but due to technical glitch is getting teared off. I spoke with Mr. Mazhar, based in Mumbai. He said that wrong product has been sold to me i.e instead of commercial, residential product is sold. Also as it’s a third party case, he can’t help, even on knowing his own dealer has done the mistake. Now both Mr. Sohan and Mr. Mazhar has denied giving the replacement. I request all not to buy products from them
