I ordered 2 boxes of L’Oreal hair colour. After 6 days 1 box was delivered without any invoice copy or any other document. The website reports ’Order Completed’.
I complained about it through two mails and a few phone calls. On phone the customer care promised to refund the balance amount but there is no response from them even after 15 days. They seem to avoid any written document, email etc. Lately my phone call is not being forwarder to the concerned official on one pretext or other.
