From as long as I can remember i’ve loved getting dressed up to go out. What I hated most was not having the right lipstick color to go with what i’m wearing or what i’m in the mood for. I usually stick to neutrals, browns, mauves and some shades of dark red. Its hard to find the ’’Right’’ type of lipstick.
What I mean by the ’’Right’’ type of lipstick is the kind that won’t bleed or come off when you’re drinking a hot or cold beverage from a cup. I’ve tried all those other types that say it has ’’long lasting coverage’’ some of them do stay on but they dry your lips so much that it never comes off unless you rub your lips thoroughly...and then you have chapped lips and have to wear vaseline overnight for a whole week so that your lips could be back to normal again!..(at least you get a workout from all that rubbing...lol)
Revlon’s ColorStay lipstick has the widest variety of colors to match every preference, browns that are labeled as brown don’t look or turn red!...i’m serious about this..i’ve had trouble finding a brown color that wouldn’t turn red on me!
The color that I bought in this brand of lipstick was not really a brown color (i’m gonna get the brown later) but I bought a beautiful mauve color, and it looks really good on me. I love the feeling of this lipstick on your lips, it creates a soft satiny wet look but what I would suggest before applying this brand of lipstick is to put on some sort of lip balm...i don’t know if they have this in india but I use CHAPSTICK...if chapstick isn’t available in india any sort of lip balm will do...even a smear of vaseline would be sufficient..
If I could recommend one type of beauty product today I would recommend this one because it stays on for a whole day and it feels great on your lips. I would definitely say Revlon has created a great product that actually lives up to its expectations..! Try this lipstick in any shade and you won’t be disappointed....without sounding redundant.....i guarantee it!
