Recently I Purchased watch to gift my friend for her wedding. I paid 2500 Rs which is a huge amount but the watch which was delievered was of very cheap quality and not as per the one shown in photographs. I tried to exchange the same but the customer service was very poor they switched off their phone when I tried contacting and never got an exchange or refund for the same. It was clearly mentioned before buying that there is a refund policy. Dont buy from this site.
