I purchased this bike around 1.7 Lakh rupees, and it is giving me headache because in every 1-2 month it stops working, This time I had given my bike on 22nd Feb and they asked me to come back to collect my bike on Sunday 28th Feb. Firstly for any service how can they take my bike for 7 days, after full week when I called them for the status they said it will take 3-4 days more and they will give my bike on Wednesday today on 3rd March. But now Service head Shekhar told me today your bikes work about to finish and now he is not picking up my call. I dont know whats happening. I mailed Revolt Motors about this matter but they are also not interested to solve my problem. So please beware. And I am not the only one who is facing these kind of issues and frustrated with after sales service. But lot of customers. I purchased this bike to go to office without any spending too much money but now I am still going to my office by cab and spending 500 Rs per day. Why. This company after sales service is worst. Please share this post and so you can save lot of people money who are planning to buy EV from Revolt. Its not a company I think its like a shop who dont know how to run a company. Revolt Motors
