Pls be careful about your booking of Revolt RV400.
I had cancelled the booking because of long delay and other issues in vehicle after obtaining feedback. There is no system or process to REFUND the booking amount 9999.00 paid by customer inspite of paying directly to Revolt. The customer service representative is helpless, unable to track or followup the refund status since 5 months. There is no escalation metrics, next level of contact/escalation absolutely not available at bangalore. Its very shameful to say that TATA company is having such worst behavior, attitude staff and process. They are unprofessional and not accountable for the customer money, hence I am planning to proceed legally to address this REFUND issue on behalf all customers. Most of the customers are having same problem, the intention is to push customers to hardship and finally escape from refund.
