I just finished reading this book and was profoundly moved. [ SPOILER ALERT] I can see from the reviews that many hated the ending, but if Gopal has not sacrificed he would have been a ordinary guy and this would become an ordinary book. Chetan need not have bothered to spent his time writing this book if Gopal only had to succeed and go all the way. Though hiring call girls were, I admit is a bit cheesy, he does it for the greater good. I loved this book, may be not as much as "two states" but it still is very good.
Chetan’s narrative style is as good as usual, especially the way he phrases conversations between the lovers is so humorous, realistic, flirty and touchy at the same time. He is more like our very own Eric Segal. Loved R 2020 and will very much recommend it!
