I booked Venue AT almost 2 months in advance. Initially they called me up to inform that car I booked has been damaged, hence accept replacement as Brezza AT.


Fair enough, not the car of my choice, but, understandable and manageable, no big deal


But imagine you are all set to start your vacation, eagerly waiting for the car to arrive, but 10 min post delivery time you are still waiting. So I called up customer care, to find out that Brezza also has been damaged and replacement car is also not available. Perplexed for a moment I literally begged to provide any car, whatever is available; only to hear... we are extremely sorry, you will get FULL refund of your security deposit within 3 to 7 working days.


FULL REFUND??? seriously? so ideally I could have got a deduction from security deposit as well?


By the way, they even tried to trick me by saying we have been trying to reach you, but phone was unreachable, but I busted that crap after an argument.


This was my first and last experience with revv, and I really appreciate Zoom Car, I was able to start my trip within next 2 hours.


After experiencing zoom and revv, I will rate zoom as Average, but revv is worst for sure.
