Delivery executives and commitments from Revv

I got a car for 6 months from Revv but i got 80k km 3 years car and it was not properly cleaned. I did detailed cleaning but because of dust and condition of the car my daughter couldn’t travel in the car. She was about to vomit all time we tried.


I approached to Revv and ask for another new and better condition car. I couldn’t get any reply for few weeks even i spoke to them many times.


than i decided to cancel my subscription and they informed me that they will be charging 1 month amount for cancelation. I thought that i can swap car to higher grade car at least for 4 months remaining.


We couldn’t find any car which is good condition and less than 70k km. Finally i got a 78k km 2019 car Ciaz with 6-7.000 Rs extra cost. Decided to go for it.


I got delivery dates on 24th but end of 24th of Feb i m informed that delivery will be 25th.


I received a SMS email on 25th morning that delivery would be 25th again bad luck i received a message that it was postponed to next day.


than same story for 26th.


today is 27th I again got sms that delivery will be on 27th by 7 PM. Mr Delivery Executive doesn’t take my calls at all and He doesn’t call for address or my location.


I m so surprised that how come there is no good competition in India for this business and still Revv can survive with this kind of service quality.


As soon as my contract finish in 4 months i will not continue and do something else.


I suggest you to go for a new car which ever is available to avoid such stress.
