Rex is one of the oldest theatre hall in Bangalore and it’s still filled with he’ll lots of people every weekend. No wonder it’s far cheaper than all other multiplexes and other halls in that area however I feel Rex should renovate the hall and it’s high time.
First of all the hall stinks most of tie and I have no idea what’s the cause. I feel it’s the AC which causes so
Next the sits are too cramps that you will hardly have space for your legs. Mind it I am only 5.7ft.imagine ppl with 6+ ft height
Third the sitting arrangements are so bad that if you are in gallery thought it is made like an auditorium where front sits are lower than the back seats but still you have to move your head from right to left as per the adjustments done by the front benchers. And yes the front benchers might be a young kid also still you need to struggle. I mean we are in gallery and still you need to fight
Fourth if you don’t get sit in gallery and book the stall the sits are so straight that your spine will bambooed after 30 minutes. There are no recliners on the stall.
Fifth. Screen is way smaller than any other movie halls
Only positive point is the location( Brigade The hub of youth) and the Sound system which is quite okay
