Hey guys, In 2013 I book a 2.1 bhk flat in rg group greater noida, they promised to give me possession in december 2016 and this is march 2018 I didn’t get any possession, they make so much excuses then we ask for our money back but they tell us to wait and after more than 1 year we are waiting , there construction is also not progressing only the structure of the building is made.
Customer service- Pathetic customer service, they just make fake promises and lots of excuses. They call every customer for meeting and give them another date for possession. I am very dissapointed withere service.
Staff courtesy- Staff are ok but first of all we want our flat or our money back.
