Ribbons and Balloons is not that worth for the taste.
Ribbons and Balloons cake shop is very very costly.
Once I ordered birthday cake for my son and I did not got my ordered cake on time I think Moginies is better than Ribbons and Balloons in that area.
Many times I have gone for mongines but this time When I have gone for Ribbons and Balloons it was worst experience and me and my family was very disappointed with their service and quality as their rates are also very very high.
