The author writes a well thought essay on how to get rich fast and easy. So far so good. He gives instances of real estate deals that made him rich. The author always seems to buy real estate when there is a crash and then he waits for a real estate boom and then sells it. Sounds simple. He writes about taking risks. He gives instances of how the risks he took led to great returns. Hard to believe. The title of the book suggests the Rich dads are inherently smarter than Poor dads. He also underestimates the value of education. The author seems to be suffering from some kind of a complex which leads him to believe that pursuit of money is the only alternative in life. This book panders to the needs of a greedy and naive audience. I dont know the net worth of the author . But it surely would have made him rich considering population of greedy people that walk this earth. Please do not attempt to make him richer.
