I got to know about this clinic from an online search and I visited the clinic in Rajori Garden clinic, New Delhi near Vishal mega mart, for my prematurely hair loss problem. I got to see a doctor Sweta. She explained to me that for surgery doctor will come from Mumbai which was a total lie they have local surgeons for the transplant they all do it for the advance money so that you believe on that cheaters and after that she gives me all fake fancy details about the transplant to get the advance amount from me on the same date Amount of Rs.20000/- I deposited in the Richfeel rajouri garden clinic and she was trying to convene me to take the Rich feel medicines, shampoo, creams and other stuff of amount Rs.15000/- which I totally denied . On the same date, the richfeel staff possibly signed some papers from me in between my hair therapy. It is kindly requested to all the customers please read all the documents carefully before signing it because these cheaters hide some clause about non refund of the amount in it. Even I am not aware of most of the stuff written on that document because they always give that document to the customers when they are in between something or in between hair therapy so that the customer couldn’t be able to read it properly.
Now after doctor’s first session, they give me date 9th December 2018 for hair transplant at Greater Kailash New Delhi Richfeel Clinic. and I Re-Checked the same date with doctor Sweta 5 times in between she always ensures me the date is fixed but at the very last moment, she called me at 8th December in the evening that your transplant date has been Re-Scheduled on 12 th of December due to some fake reasons. I already booked the flight tickets from Jammu to New Delhi which was quite costly in the month of December which got all wasted because of these Richfeel(Cheaters). Then I Re-booked my flight tickets for the transplant which costs more than Rs.12000/-
Then when I reached to Greater Kailash Clinic of Richfeel on 12 December for hair transplant The Surgeon told me some consequences that your whole head and face will get swell for at least 6-7 days which will be told to me on the very first session and they were doing the whole procedure manually with some pen which was not acceptable to me & I decided not to go for a surgery on the same date and I was told by the surgeon that they will refund your whole amount in 1 week and Now after a lot of emails which I have written to them I got excuse every day given by these cheaters that their higher mAnasultangement person on leave.
So after a lot of mental harassment given by these people to me, I decided to take these people in court and going to file a police complaint about this matter.
