Mis-selling of the services by Mr. Krishna, Area Manager of Bangalore.
Promised me light brown hair system of size 6* 9 and delivered black system of size 6* 8.
I came here in August, 2017 for a non surgical hair system. They promised me a hair system of size 6* 9 and color 3#( light brown) to match my original hair color. They demanded the full payment in advance for the system of the amount Rs. 42, 000. Which I complied with. ( And now regret)
When the delivery date came, they gave me a black color system ( 1#b) which completely misses my hair color and size 6* 8 again 1 size shorter. The area manager now says that this the system is the one which is available under the package and the desired system will require an additional charge of Rs. 80, 000.
I wrote against this behaviour to their customer care twice and haven’t got a single response till date ( it’s been more than 20 days now) .
They are bullshit organisation and have only sales people who just make fake promises and don’t deliver.
DON’T FALL PREY TO THEIR SALES.
THEY SUCK!
