I would like to bring into your kind notice that I had visited your Richfeel Trichology Centre Vasant Vihar New Delhi Branch Dated 29 - May -2017 and met with Dr. Palak for hair plant. She has examined me very well and suggested hair transplant Surgery on which I was agreed, leaving it on their experts.
As per her suggestion same day I have deposited INR 57, 500 in advance for the Surgery which was scheduled for  25th June. Also she has suggested some hair oil, Hair shampoo and useful medicines for preparation for the surgery for which she charged me INR 15, 500 on additional which I paid then& there.
As per given schedule I have visited your clinic Greater Kailash New Delhi on 25th June 2017. Here I would like to inform you that before starting hair transplant Surgery, as per their process they shaved my hair(bald me) and then called their anaesthesia expert to initiate the surgery procedure. Unfortunately in the process they gave me anaesthesia and it failed as I was discovered with an infection on my skin and further to which they cancelled my hair transplant Surgery as it was not possible without the anaesthesia. Since they refused my hair transplant surgery I asked about my refund which I have paid on 29th May 2017 and I was informed by your experts team that there is a process and it will take some time which was agreed by me.
Now its almost two months and still I am waiting for the refund. There has been no contact from Richfeel regarding this. I am chasing your team for my refund but here is no response. Also I contacted Dr. Palak, but her explanation on this is not at all satisfactory.
