I booked customised hair solution on feb 9 feb 2021 to your Kormangala branch Bangalore.
Your coordinator suhinita connected me with doc Richa . We did full payment in advance and after examine and formalities required . They committed me that will get product by 1st week of March . Now when I’m calling your company for product delivery they are telling that not having any clue about our product when it will be delivered.such a rude behaviour I was not expecting from your company.
I trusted your company and now I’m feeling like cheated by you . As my order was for wedding and it was so important for me which I told your person before ordering it.
Now I’m clueless what should I do with big cheat from your brand .
Need my full money refund or else I need to take action against your company for cheating the customer and misusing the brand name and commitment not fulfilled and very rude behaviour by your doctor as well as coordinator of Kormangala branch Bangalore They committed me that will get product by 1st week of March .
