I went through hair transplant at indira Nagar branch by Dr. Karthik who made so many false promises, gave wrong information n mislead me about transplantation. Just beacuse he wanted not to work more, he kept my new hair line back, then was required.
When I complained about it, no one was there in company to respond. Some how I manage to talk to doctor and they again sent me to get it checked. When I been to clinic again, I met with Dr. Ashwin, who was another idiot to deal with. Unnecessarily he started shouting that it was not my fault. Every time Dr. Karthik is doing all wrong work and then I have to rectify it. I’m not working for company . We are just on commission basis.
How does it matter for a patient?
I would say, this entire company is fraud.
They are charging so high but they don’t care for their patients at all.
Be aware. Never go to RICHFEEL.
