I have been to Mumbai Center of Richfeel, initially they take 1000 Rs for one time, full year consultation fees, and take your hair samples to test.
After 8 days they call you to meet with doctor, and explains you the problem or causes for Hairfall in a scientific words. Which only a Doctor can understand, and you will feel that they have done some research on your hair.
If you have hair thinning problem, they wil say its genetic/heredity, which may have come from your ancestors, even if your parents dont have Hair problems. (which is the loophole in their treatment, also they will take one undersign for the treatment, which says that results may vary person to person and they are not responsible for future hair growth). Finally they will say that they can just delay baldness by one costly treatment of medicine (might b 20K or more) or if you want to just reduce dandruff, they have standard medicines, which doesn’t change person to person. Also they dont take into consideration, patients previous history, or root cause of sudden hair fall, it can be due to digestion problem also.
I took a dandruff treatment which cost me additional 1000 Rs for medicine and Shampoo and Oil of 1 Month. And they give some guidelines to follow in diet what to tak and what to not take. So far I didn’t find any results even for Dandruff, even by applying Oil and Shampoo provided by them.
Overall I dont fine they give personal attention to patients specific issues, and dont have individual medicine therapy according to patients scalp or hair. They have shampoo and medicine which are common for all the people. hence I dont think its recommended. If you continue the treatment for 6 months I guess you better gone for atleast 10K rupees. Results are not sure.
CONCLUSION: my point is simple, I know nobody can control hairfall, but I told them my priority is scalp cleaning and dandruff control. They assured me it will be cured by their medicines. I followed there procedure for a week, but the results were worse than before taking their medicines. My Itching and scalp irritation, dandruff got increased after using there anti-dandruff shampoo.
Hence I can conclude they dont understand or treat each patient individually. And give common medicines. otherwise why would my condition will deteriorate...? After spending 2000 Rs, and getting assurance if they even cant terminate dandruff..then how can trust them for controlling hairfall..?
