Pathetic Staff behaviour.

My wife has made a full payment for 6 months course for hair treatment. Her appointment has been cancelled twice before. She had an appointment with the doctor for her sonography report and she asked me to drop in the report in thane branch so that she can consult doctor while coming back from office. When I visited Rich Feels Thane branch I have been told the appointment has to be cancelled because doctor had to leave earlier because of no other appointments were scheduled for evening time other than for her.


>Miss Nikita Bhanushali (Thane Branch) spoke to my wife over the phone and was very rude and asked her to get shifted to Mulund branch without even my wife asking for the shifting her to Mulund. If they cannot handle Thane branch, better close it.. They had an argument over the phone and Nikita was very rude and also hung up the phone on her face.On top of that she was not even sorry for what all happened.


It was the third time and the appointment has been cancelled and top of that the staff was very rude


Even after all this I was very polite with Nikita. Nikita behaved very rudely with me as well which made me irritated. She also told Dianna "Isko bolo mujhse baat nahi karne ke liye". She does not know how to respect the customer. She was making faces and was taking on top of her voice.... Wow... such a wonderful customer service.
