I had bought Ricoh Aficio SP 100SF with high hopes to try other printer in the market and give a chance to new player in the Indian market.
But this gesture turned out to be nightmare for me. The whole unit mechanism is faulty and it is not able to print papers as there is a paper mis feed problem and it doesn’t print legal size papers, hence its totally awful product and deserves to be ignored.
First there customer care executive agreed to replace the printer and then backed out from his words.This is to realize go for HP, cannon as they are better in all terms such as quality, machinery and after sales service.
I will urge you guys to learn from my experience and don’t by this worst printer and go for some sensible brand as you will not keep buying new printers now and then. So thumbs down to RICOH and hope they get out of the Indian Market soon.
