Dear All,
I had purchased this printer on 16.06.2014 which was delivered at my place on 19.06.2014. On receipt of the printer, same time I opened the box and verify physical printer, which was looking fine. By same day evening I tried to install printer but it showing SC620 Error and for the same i made a complaint on next day morning. Ricoh Engineer came and after 3 hours of R & D, they concluded mother board is defective and it should get replaced, it was decided on 20.06.2014, but till now no call from Ricoh nor from Accel Front line, Its me who keeps on calling them now and then but no one is taking the proper responsibility to sever customer. Ricoh Customer care is the worst customer care and they dont bother for the customer request. Dont buy any Ricoh, Buy any printer brand which gives you better service.
