I bought this printer(Ricoh - SP 210SU) some time back. But a big shortcoming, I didnt know was that it doesnt get installed with Mac. I tried to contact the customer care for this and they had no clue either. I also tried in my friend’s Windows 10 laptop. Seems that it doesn’t even install on windows 10. Moreover it took me a whole day top understand how to install it. the manual is really useless. There is no option to save as PDF from scanner as well. Bad experience for me really!
