Printers of richo are good in the sense of printing and time consumption per print is very low, but the problem occurred when we try to refill their tonner we need to gear set every time or Tht will demand for new drum set .overall I will give it 2 stars for its bad and lenthy tonner cartradge.u can use hp or cannon printers than richo and samsung
