I have been using this printer since 8 months. I have purchased this online in special offer @ rs. 5400.00
Initially I was suspecious about performance of this printer as market price was Rs. 12000.00 at that time. But I did not found any major problem till today. Only thing when some time, while giving print command, red light on with message display: paper feed error.This time we have to pull out paper tray and again push into. After pushing paper tray inside, the red light use to on and error message continue to display. This issue can be resolved only after restarting of printer.
overall this printer is ok.
