I placed an order for Ridaex tv on April 16 2019, till date the tv is not delivered. I’m following up on a daily basis with no joy of getting it delivered. The even worst thing is the customer care people just put you on hold and never ever come back. One thing you be aware that there is no option for you to cancel the order which is were I’m stuck.these people tag them as a great Indian brand but they will bring such a shame to India with this kind of pathetic service . Even if you have started making the tv after the order is placed u would have delivered it now. These guys are so ineffecient.. my further worry is the post sale service which I now feel would be the worst that any other service provider. The owner says world class service. What a joke
