Do never trust in this Brand and the Sales guys or Management. They sent me the broken TV and they were not refunding the amount in spite of it being their problem and they threatened the customer and torture.
The sales Team and the management will play games, to refund and if you talk or take serious action then they will blame the customer’s fault.
The quality of TV is the cheap plastic frame and for installation, it took 10 days. When opened and installed saw the damage and dead pixels.
The sound was worst and you could hear best in mobile. When asked about the reviews before the sales team claimed it was due to Indian brand and all the stories, So folks believe me I can speak to you personally if you really need my advice on this brand.
